Founding Partner
Jeff is a third-generation flooring professional with lifelong connection to the trade. Raised in a family-run carpet business founded by his grandfather over 60 years ago, he developed a deep understanding of the industry from an early age. With over 30 years of hands-on experience installing all types of flooring, Jeff built his reputation on craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail. He has since taken that experience to launch T+L Flooring in 2019. Combining tradition, skill and modern expertise to deliver high-quality results.
Brent Tanney
Founding Partner
Brent was raised around building management companies, gaining early exposure to the industry through his father. He developed hands-on experience across all aspects of property management and multiple trades, building a strong foundation in both operations and craftmanship. Over 20 years ago, Brent focused his career on commercial flooring, where he has become known for his exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer relationships. His well-rounded background and client-first approach continue to drive quality results on every project.
